Born in New Zealand but now residing in Cyprus, Despina’s passion for human evolution earned her a degree in psychology and over sixty certificates and counting in life coaching.
She specialises in addiction and relationship management and provides private therapy sessions, assisting countless individuals by walking alongside them through various phases of life. Despina is also a published author and writer for a variety of local and international publications, and she offers regular online life coaching sessions focused on wellbeing, relationships, and addictions.
